TAITRA to launch 2035 E-Mobility Taiwan and Business Innovation Center
Release Date: 2021/1/15
TAITRA held an annual press conference on Jan 14 with Chairman James CF Huang announcing the launch of 2035 E-mobility Taiwan and a Business Innovation Center.
Responding to growing opportunities in the electric vehicle and
#mobility
industry, TAITRA will be holding demo days and creating a new tradeshow focused on the e-mobility industry ecosystem, to be held in Taiwan in the second half of 2021.
The 2035 E-Mobility Demo Day will be held in June featuring startups, university R&D teams and industry leaders to introduce and share their latest ideas and innovations.
In October, TAITRA will host 2035 E-Mobility Taiwan, an event that showcases the future of the e-mobility industry ecosystem. The event will serve as a platform for the exhibiting companies from Taiwan and around the world to promote their new technologies and total mobility solutions.
TAITRA also announced the launch of an Innovation Business Center. The center will facilitate digital marketing for Taiwan businesses and accelerate TAITRA’s own digital transformation efforts.
TAITRA embarked on its own digital transformation journey 3 years ago. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization began to hold events that were entirely online, including business matchmaking meetings, exhibitions, forums, webinars and product launches.
Seeking new opportunities amid the COVID-19 crisis, TAITRA believes that all-online and hybrid online-offline business models will be the new normal for daily business operations going forward.
Chairman James CF Huang pointed out that TAITRA had successfully implemented its own work-from-home strategy at the height of the pandemic in 2020. Up to 88% of the organization’s internal paperwork are now processed digitally and online.
Huang added that empowering employees with new digital skills and adopting new business models were critical in bringing out the organization’s innovative DNA.
